My oppinion of Insomnia
When I saw the cover I was sold. The white owl… I had to read this one.
I was truly amazing and sometimes I had to close my eyes because of the horror that was taking place.
A 17-year old girl that makes a mistake, using a statement that was put in het month. That one mistake distroys her life and her family in 1 moment. Her credibility is gone forever. The worst thing is: Handyman knows now who she is.
In the prologue you’re in the head of the offender and the first wondering occurse. How can someone think of that as a medicine.
The alternation between Malory and Handyman , the search towards each other and the lost of the credibility of Marlory are the central thread in the story.
Hoffman writes a amazing Thriller were I could not stop reading. On the other hand I wanted to throw it away as far as possible because of the horror. I was at the last page before I knew it. I just wanted to read.
I had lost of expectations when I started reading and they where all blown away when I stopped. I loved it!
